What are the "loot tables" for the Pickup ability?

In other words, what is the probability of getting certain items at certain level ranges with Pickup? I’m assuming it is the BW or XY loot table with IV stones instead of Prism Scales but I’d like to know if anyone knows.

The table is identical to either BW or BW2’s Pickup table (I can’t recall which atm), with the exception of Prism Scales being replaced by IV Stones. Levels above 100 continue to use the list of items from the 91-100 range.
