You can evolve your delta scyther in the black market with the witchodoctor, she’ll be in one of the houses to the bottom right iirc.
But don’t do that, since delta scyther is actually better than scizor cuz its faster and hustle ability. the reason regular scizor works is cuz its bulky due to steel type. delta scizor is ice fighting, which is horrible defensively.

Btw the witchdoctor is basically like you trading your mon to someone, and then that person trades it back to you so all tradeevos can be accomplished without a second person, just a witchdoctor.
