Step 1. Get a torrent program, recommend is deluge an opensource program - link http://download.deluge-torrent.org/windows/deluge-1.3.15-win32-py2.7.exe

Step 3. After it is download - SEED - this means that you are uploading and helping other users download ensuring EVERYONE can play Pokemon Insurgence
Step 4. In case you cannot find the file afterwards, right click the file in Deluge and click open source - should be the top option.
Both torrents and google drive downloads are faster than launcher currently. After downloading, extract and run Game.exe to play.
