u dont need legendaries for dev tower imo. if u have a good competitive team its not that hard

You can easily buy Focus Sash if I remember correctly, they’re cheap.

Well, I alternate between Rider Link and this, I got this before Ultimate, prob should change it now. I honestly don’t like pop-culture’s portrayal of ninja very much, I’m a history buff and it’s just really wrong. “Ninja” today are actually more like samurai. Also, Chesnaught is my actual favorite Kalos starter.
