unless you can get any egg moves on the starmie, then i don’t think any would give you an IV stone for it, as anyone can obtain one themselves
@aryaddesai There is no way to get Egg moves on a Starmie as it is genderless and is only able to breed with Ditto.
@Fighterwolf3 For IV stones I would recommend to use Rock Smash rocks, use the method that is explained in my topic:
