Bruh, give Delta Noivern Pixilate/Refrigerate over Snow Cloak. Also, it prob should have 3 abilities, since Frisk, Infiltrator, and HA.

But those two Abilities would be broken with Boomburst. Even I know that.

Yes and no. Noivern is good in any meta where it gets Aerialate, but its never been broken, just top tier, sometimes a bit underrated tbh.
I dunno. STAB Pixilate/Refrigerate-boosted Boomburst sounds absolutely terrifying to me.

Yea, its been suspected before, though generally never been OP. TBH, MG Blace is more OP. Also, its not limited to one set, unlike Noivern, as Desoland is good.
