Loading script error before game starts

I’m getting the trouble loading script message when trying to start the game. It gets through the initial new game/settings menu before it happens. Then the script hanging error message causing the game to crash. I have a good computer that is less than a year old and no other programs running. Any idea how to fix this?

so imma try and be big brained.

so most likely ur save has been corrupted, you would have to restore a back up. use this to help. if you are on an older patch, i recommend updating it.

Well, that’s not new. I’d recepie what @IndianAnimator suggested cause you probably extracted the game wrong
