Thanks to everyone who voted. I’m going to have to ban mega flygon (sorry to anyone who used it in their team).
As far as the style of the tournament, round robin would mean a month-long to 2month long tournament. Which is not doable. Sorry.
So I’m going to do swiss with 6-7 rounds, depending on who joins in the next three days.
