Title is pretty much what I would like because on the pokemon drag down bar it can be kind of annoying to try and find which pokemon are in a certain tier especially in a new meta. As of now it is only possible to sort by dex number, inverse dex number, alphabetical, and inverse alphabetical and these are kind of impractical unless you know exactly what pokemon you are looking for.
