I have also found a shiny sceptile in insurgence but I accidentally deleted that save file, which also sucks(My team was: Mega T-Tar, Breloom, Mega D. Charizard and that Shiny Sceptile)

There is no h letter on their body, so they were obtained from an event (probably). Thanks for answering

That’s a myth. I’ve seen so many hacked Pokemon, and the only way you can tell they’re hacked is by seeing if there is anything impossible about them. For example, a Mewtwo with Psycho Boost, or a Incineroar with a Kalos Champion Ribbon.
