Help, i got softlock

I’m right now at infernal dungeon.
I lost againt the infernal guard after getting out of the jail (the one that says he has joined the cult from his own will), but Instead of going back to the pokecenter, I got stuck in the jail. Oh, and i anciently auto saved.

I can use items and stuff, but i cant move (only moving in place).
Is there a way to get out of the softlock?
