Actually, on the Coil set, Aqua Tail might be preferred if you’re not going for ParaFlinch Hax with Waterfall.

I think I listed Waterfall instead was because it has more PP than Aqua Tail, swapping them would make sense if that wasn’t a problem.
and more accuracy and flinch chance (especially because it’s the fastest weather setter)
Not sure if base 113 uninvested outspeeds anything significant, though (just did some number-crunching, only outspeeds neutral base 80s with full investment in Speed). If it does, then the flinch chance is a factor; otherwise, Aqua Tail hits harder and accuracy becomes a nonissue with Coil.
Well, with Glare, ParaFlinch is a thing, but if you want power, Aqua Tail is the way to go.
