I’m not to that point of the game and think its a bit ridiculous that such items are only available that late into the game. Will give you some rare candies.
They’re in Helios City, where the third gym leader is. It’s not too late in the game.
If you need them despite that fact, I can get some for you in exchange for Rare Candies and/or IV stones. Let me know which ones you need.
