So whenever I take the fan to the cloud level in Suntouched City, I get someone saying ‘Excuse me!’ but then nothing happens and I cannot move or press any buttons. Anyone know a fix to this?

Just did that and still nothing’s happening.

I’m not stuck in the cutscene, the thing is I’m trying to catch Genesect by trading Alder’s Autograph to the guy in Suntouched Gym. But everytime I try, I get hte message saying ‘Excuse me!’ and nothing happens so I can’t get to the gym.
