Zygarde Cells?

I can’t find the Zygarde cells or the Zygarde cores. I caught Zygarde and talked to Gail who talked about collecting all the cells. But I can’t find them anywhere and I know they ain’t there because I know where because I know where one of the cores are, and it’s not there. Can somone help me, please?
