So I tried to encounter landorus but nothing happened. No cutscene no nothing. I have tornadus and thunderous in my party, why can I encounter it? Here’s a pic

I have several guesses. One, you have to at least battle the Thundurus/Tornadus in your game. Two, you’re just at the wrong spot. Three, you entered the rock formation from the wrong angle.
Take a look at this. Did you do what it says?

These are just theories. I would recommend testing these out first.
