What do you think is an op combo of any Pokemon and item?

In my opinion it’s Delta Noctowl with the ability no guard cheer cold and choice scarf

I would say that any pokemon I.E. Mew or Espeon with the ability synchronize and some sort of item like the fire orb or black sludge would be good, and probably with a Giratina with crystal shard
