Whenever I try launching the the game its says failed to initialize directx audio

I would just try re-downloading the game, maybe your internet screwed up and some audio files didn’t get downloaded, although I don’t see why audio files would stop the whole game, some other stuff is probably corrupt too.

Try downloading DirectX from the Microsoft website.

Try reinstalling your audio drivers.

Try plugging in your headphones.

Are you using the launcher? Try running the game from Game.exe instead of the launcher.

I found another way to do it, but is a lot more complex (btw mac specific, I think similar scenario w/o wineskin for PC).
First, do all of this:

Once you do that, find one of your save files that you want to use from your old copy of the game. You can find this in drive_c/users/Wineskin/Saved Games/Pokemon Insurgence. Once you do that, go through the wineskin file you just made with the same steps and put the save in the folder. Rename it to “Game.rxdata” and done.

I am sorry but none of your options and solutions worked for me. I downloaded DirectX, reinstalled my audio drivers, (I did this in the past) and plugged in my headphones! Anything else I could do?
