It’s TM Roost. I think you need to take the first waterfall then go to the left once you’re up and you enter the cave where it is :wink:

Nope I was wrong. Once you’re surfing on the ground level, you have to go left directly and take the little waterfall. There you have the entrance and a Relic Song wall
