My question has nothing to do with the lore of the game, but the design. I’m curious as to how it is decided which Pokemon get Delta Forms and how their designs and Typing is chosen.
many deltas, especially the ones found in holon, were fan submissions. there wasnt really any specific process in choosing, moreso what the artists could think of
