Stuck at route 1

I recently started a nuzlocke run of the game and I ran into a patch that got me stuck in a part of map. Unfortunately I had to reload the last save before I could figure out how I got there in the first place. My apologies if I posted this in the wrong section.

Try refreshing the map with hotkey ‘P’. If this doesn’t work, you should load up a backup file from the savefolder.
