I managed to get the Special Red Colored Pokemon you get for beating the Pokemon League without a Pokemon Fainting, but I don’t like the Nature on the one I want to use. Do I have to worry about the Pokepon turning it into a normal colored Pokemon?

Thank you. I know of glitches that turned them into regular looking Pokemon that had been patched, but the Pokepon specifically can change Pokemon colors. I’m honestly more surprised they can stop the Pokepon from changing them.

Right, but I personally want to keep the Red Colors on it. However, I also want to change its Nature and that risks the Pokepon changing it into its Shiny Form.
