(SOLVED) What should i do im stuck .Please help

i talked to the pikataxiguy and he talked about having completed the emolga taxi but when i clicked on it to soar the game restarted but thats not all now whenever i try to play the game i can hear the background and move as i want but the screen is completely black

it probably some lagginess, try turning off your pc and and log back on

i started the game i was in the top of mount rose int the town(inside the pokecenter) rigtht after i beated the infernal cult i wanted to go to suntouched city so i went to the pika taxi he said that i had the two pieces of the emolga taxi so i wanted to try it then the game crashed but the save was before that happened

Ok, so you have to try to recover your save file.

Windows: C:\Users(your name)\Saved Games\Pokemon Insurgence

Mac: Right click the app, Show Package Contents, drive_c, Program Files, Pokemon Insurgence

Mac (El Capitan&Sierra): Right click the app, Show Package Contents, drive_c/Users/Wineskin/Saved Games/Pokemon Insurgence

If your on windows try the first one. If your on mac try the 2nd or 3rd
