As of the latest update, is Sigilyph still available by soaring? The Pokemon Insurgence Wiki has it in the Soaring page but when you look at the Pokemon Locations page, it doesn’t say it’s a Soaring Pokemon.
It might be a wiki mistake, the wiki is community sourced so we just try and fix mistakes such as these as we find them, I’ll look into it. It’s also only available in Holon by Soaring as well.
