HM fly can’t be used to visit previous towns like it can in traditional games? Or can it. I’m about to buy Dratini from the game corner to raise up a strong pokemon that can learn fly, but only if you can use fly out of battle. I find the pika taxi annoying and it costs money. =/
Yes, you may use fly to return to past landmarks. The pikataxi is free after 15 rides and can even let you use it from anywhere you can normally use fly after upgrading it to the emolga taxi as well, though that’s only accessible after route 15.

Are you sure about that? I just got the VIP ticket thing to get it for free and the guy specifically mentioned that it was the 15th ride when he gave it to me.
