Shiny Rates and One Offs

Can anyone link me or tell me what the shiny rates are in the game? As well as what pokemon I have ONE chance to shiny hunt? I don’t mean a legendary I have to find my self. Things like (I know you can breed them) choosing a starter where it only happens once so if you needed to you could SR (is there SR in the game?).

  1. The game has gen 6 shiny rates
    3 2. SR exists in the game , to SR u press F12 (or FN+ F12 if your keyboard has the FN button)

The shiny rate is the same as ORAS.
