I have two accounts on Insurgence, on different devices, and I was trying to visit my base, but the username didn’t work. The username in question is Bchats99. I am also playing on a randomizer, but it has not impacted the secret base feature as I have been able to connect with others
Maybe try using different accounts for different bases. Also make sure to upload your base
