Is he really in here!? I went up and just BOOM Random encounter with Raikou! Is this broken? I looked it up and it looked nothing NOTHING like the photos.
After you fight Arceus, Raikou, Suicune, and Entei will start roaming. They replace encounters randomly so they can pretty much be encountered anywhere. This does include Legendaries and static encounters (likely not intentional) so save before you battle them.
Okay. That makes sense. But they were really rude Raikou. He refused ancient balls with only 1HP left. You know where the Bike is?
