Whenever I use tesseract or seed flare it says that “the feature you are trying to use is on a newtwork resource that is unavaliable” and is trying to find an installation package called “Format Factory 3.8.0.0msi”? It also said afterwards when I clicked cancel that the install server wasn’t working? Im not sure what to do?! I need it to progress!
