I made this because people on ns forums were complaining raichu was ugly, so I made an alternate evolution just for fun. It reminds me of a mongoose/weasle with a white winter coat. It would be cool to see Red with one after training in the snowy mountains for so long, it would fit.
If it were a mega evo I’d think it should get an ability like full throttle that puts its speed at the top tier while mega.
