It could technically bypass, as it’s not new, just a reversion. By no means is it broken as Noivern is not very bulky and the only way to abuse it would be trace/skill swap/roleplay shenanigans in Doubles.

The wiki page say that it makes it so that fire is 1x effective, right? So theoretically, if smth like a milotic skill swapped it, would it lose the fire resistance? Or am I just being stupitt
