Hi, I am Obermarschall and currently working on a fangame called Pokémon Red Lion. I was wondering if it is possible to use some Delta Pokémon and if yes who do I need to ask for permission?

We do not allow other fangames to use our delta pokemon. They are part of what makes Insurgence special, and just sharing them around would take away some of their uniqueness. Sorry!
