On the wiki page for insurgence apparently, the move tutor for Outrage and some other dragon moves is located just near the entrance of dragon ruins and you can only find him after beating Taen. I’ve done that part and I still can’t find him/her. Where is s/he? Will he be in Dragon Ruin or just outside? ty
EDIT: i still haven’t completed the main story so tell me if i can only find him in post.
