Not reaching max EV

I’m currently EV training some pokémons and some of them seem to not reaching max EV. Is it due to their IV point being low or something else?

The EV cap is 510. If your total EVs in every stat add up to this, you will not be able to further increase EVs in any stat. You can buy EV reduction berries in Helios Department Store to remove EVs from unwanted stats.

there is also an EV resetter that you can buy for your Secret Base. It’s a one time purchase and after that u can remove as many EVs as you want. If you don’t want to buy it, you just use one in soemone else’s secret base
