I just downloaded the game and i was wondering. Would it be fine if i made a team of all dragon types with coverage moves or is the game too hard for that? And why doesnt anyone put mega stones on all their pokemon so they have the option of choosing which pokemon they want to mega evolve for that 1 battle
Yes, most dragons are powerful enough to get through the game if you have a good team of them. Second question: Because they can’t hold other items, so basically you’ve got one mega of your choice and the rest have useless items.
I think all dragon types will be pretty difficult if they aren’t all extremely fast, since a bunch of gym leaders and bosses have dragon/ice/fairy types that can ohko a bunch of your mons, I think its ok to use some dragons, but not a full team of them. As for the mega evolutions, as you can only use one mega evolution per battle, it would be a waste of an item slot if you know you will mega evolve a specific pokemon but put the mega stones on for the five others if you know what I mean. So instead of doing that, people try to figure out beforehand which mega evolution they’re going to use and use the item slot for the other pokemon to put in something useful. Hope I helped!
