Further info: I need to trade you my scyther, which will evolve into Scizzor. I then need to trade back. I will trade whatever you give me back. I just need something to take down Raquaza. I don’t have anything good since this is my second play through and just started yesterday.

If you are talking about evolving my scyther, then yes, but if you re talking about fighting raquaza, then no.
