Need help with Online Play (+ a Breloom)

Hello, I have two questions: 1rst: when I try to go into Online Play (via Pokegear), it sais “connecting to server … (press C)”. When I do that, the screen just goes black. What shall I do?

2nd: I’m searching for a Breloom with Technician and Bullet Seed, if possible with adamant/jolly nature. Good IVs are optional.
