Heya, I got another suggestion 
A Nature Stone, Kinda like the IV Stone but it changes your Pokemonās nature to a different, random (Could also be chosen thats upto the developers) nature (Yes i know the Pokepon can change the nature of your pokemon, its just a low chance of happening)
I like this idea.
You could just reset for new encounters, or breed to get the desired nature?
Well, you could, but what if you get a pokemon with nearly / perfect IVās but with a sucky nature? Yes you could reset or re-encounter for a new pokemon that does have both good IVās and a good nature but the chances of getting good IVās AND the desired nature is really lowā¦ Besides theres already an IV stone soā¦ A Nature Stone would only seem logical
If you can reset for an encounter, you can also put a Synchronize Pokemon in the first slot of your party, which makes the Pokemon that you encounter the exact same nature (in Insurgence 100% of the time). So you shouldnāt worry about that.

Yeah. Thatās something Iām iffy about as well. Itās implying that you are changing someoneās personality for the sole purpose of better performance. It feels weird to me. Sure ppl would probably say āItās just a game. Itās no big deal.ā But thatās just how I roll. I suppose I wouldnāt be against it as a option, but I wouldnāt be the one using it.
Following your logic, thereās a large metal machine you send someone into that has the potential to brainwash a living creature. They say itās unethical and yet this function of a similar cause still remains.
This suggestion proposed can be great because some people donāt like resetting for natures and IVās on their starters. For example, letās say you chose a starter with a really bad nature but with decent IVās but got attached to it. The nature stone would help with the problem.
Idk. The fact that itās changing who a pokemon is nature wise is what I donāt like. I know that the personality is more flavor text than anything, and the performance that the nature brings is more important, but idk. Iām just a weirdo like that I guess. And if your referring to the pokepon, yeah, that is kinda weird how thatās allowed. Youād think that would be a black market thing.
