Missing required files

I recently started using the Pokémon Insurgence launcher, I really like the way it works and makes downloading and installing the game way easier, but I have a little problem:

Every time I open the launcher, I get a message saying I’m missing required files. So every time I open the launcher, I have to reinstall the entire game. I can still play the game but it just really annoys me.

Does somebody know how I can fix this?

Use the core instead. The launcher is filled with problems right now.
