Tried to teach Mew that move as a defensive pokemon with wildfire, ice beam, stealth rock and soft-boiled. can’t find recover, so that’s my current HP recovery move. Edit: Neither can Mew learn Wish??
he can learn roost as a TM if you are interested.
Soft-boiled was missing for Mew (and all other Pokemon that were able to learn it via move tutor for that matter) until I re-added the list which was put in the 1.2.4.1 patch:
