Mega Entei

[This is just a work in progress! Leave tips and suggestions on how I can make him better!]
To be honest, I like the head part, but the rest seems to be lacking, perhaps make it look more like a fast, strong mega instead of a big, bulky one.
I was thinking of doing the slim look with Raikou after this one is done.I was also thinking of giving him wings like a Griffin, what are your thoughts on that?
the wings look like they were ripped directly off of another pokemon.try and modify them. also, edit the rapidash fire at it’s back.
In most cases wings make me assume flying so i guess it’s a fire/flying
