As far as I’m aware there are three you can get other than lotteries and stuff

  1. Darkrai cult base with seed flare
  2. Some post game event with persephone and diana
  3. Professor Pine? I talked to her after the Holon region event and other then delta bedlam i didn’t get it. How do you get it?
