  1. Catch a “trashmon”.
  2. Log in to the Pokegear.
  3. Make an online account.
  4. Log in to account.
  5. “Who would you like to trade with?” Type in my username (Cow538)
  6. Select the trashmon, I’ll select the pokerus mon
  7. Confirm
