Some people already asked to get some kind of item to change IVs to 30. How about a mechanic that can shatter IV stones and give you about 4 to 8 random IV Shards.
Green IV Shard - Increase any IV by 1 point of a chosen stat when used at the IV changer.
Black IV Shard - Decrease any IV by 1 point of a chosen stat when used at the IV changer.
Would make it easier for people to get there prefered Hidden Power or make that almost Perfect Pokemon just that little bit better in the end!
