So I played Insurgence and loved it! But now I’d like to make my own game. With so many Deltas and new pokemon with insurgence i was wondering if i could use them in my own fan game? Thank you for your consideration ahead of time and I realize this is a big ask.

I’m not sure but it’s better to just have fun making your own Delta Pokemons or Fakemons.

You must ask permission from insurgence staffs to use it .
You generally can’t, as the sprites belong to their own creators. You’d have to ask each individual artist for permission to use the sprites they made.
