Could you screenshot where exactly you’re trying to land?

When was the last time you saved? If you hopefully have saved recently, you could load a backup save.

Windows: C:\Users(your name)\Saved Games\Pokemon Insurgence

Mac: Right click the app, Show Package Contents, drive_c, Program Files, Pokemon Insurgence

Mac (El Capitan&Sierra): Right click the app, Show Package Contents, drive_c/Users/Wineskin/Saved Games/Pokemon Insurgence

Your saves are here. Just look for a backup and rename it then replace the primary save.

I think I found a solution, the blue arrow under the taxi needs to be obscuring the pokemon center, not pointing to it

It’s barely noticeable but it should raise slightly when hover over the pokecentre and the text box on top left should display the name of the building.
