Further info: Ideally, I’d like the requested Pokemon to be as low a level as possible, or if a Delta Koffing/Weezing is traded, for it to know Snarl, but none of these things are neccessary. Nature of the traded Pokemon doesn’t matter to me, nor do the EV/IV spreads.
