I want to know if I need any other types or any pokemon with better iv’s etc.
I don’t see any glaring weaknesses. Some Fairies are quite strong, and your only counter to them takes neutral damage, so you may want something that resists Fairy. Weezing and Skarmory would be nice additions, because they both have good defensive typing with weaknesses which your team can manage and they can both take a few hits.
