Arcanine: Adamant with flash fire(i think thats what its called) 252+ attack, speed
umbreon: lax nature(its shiny tho) with synchronize help me ev trian this sucer

delta gardevoir: rash nature with synchronize 252+ in sp attack and speed
You should get a Special Attacker. You currently have 4 Physical Attackers and a mostly defensive Umbreon. Looking at your team… something like a Tentacruel or Slowbro. Maybe a Grass type like (Mega) Venusaur.
Next up I would consider replacing Delta Scyther on your team as it is very frail and has not a great typing defensively.
I have more tips for ya, but I don’t know how competitive you want to make your team…
You should use the Pokemon you love to use.
Who would ya replace scyther with?
Thanks for the tips!
If u have more I’d love to hear them.
Offensive Garchomp should have Outrage or Dual Chop and Earthquake.
Physical Arcanine should have Flare Blitz and Extremespeed. Get Flare Blitz as Growlithe and later get Extremespeed with Heart Scale.
On Umbreon, Foul Play is a must. Go full HP EV. Other than that you can choose between full Defense to make use of Lax nature, or full Special Defense to balance them. Beware that going full Special Defense will make stats from EV very small. I suggest you change the nature into negative Attack like Bold or just change the Umbreon into something else.
Metagross can go full HP beside Attack as you can use it to switch into physical attacks (and hope 3HKO by ground moves). Bullet Punch is preferred if you are not going Megagross. If you go Megagross, go with full EV Speed as the base speed of Megagross is high enough.
Delta Scyther can be changed into special Ice Pokemon, like Delta Gardevoir. Delta Gardevoir also has many weaknesses and not-too-high-speed. However, as TM Ice Beam is not in this game at this time, your option is limited. Fortunately, TM moves can still be bred.
For 6th slot, go with specially bulky Pokemon.
