After I added the 1.2.6 patch (correctly) and it refuses to open now. I get the message "Failed to load script

You’ve likely improperly patched the game. Try redownloading the 1.2.6 Core here.

If you’re on Windows, you can freely redownload the Core without concerns. If you’re on Mac, please be aware that you will need to manually move over your save files when redownloading to ensure that they are not lost.
